Julio is a very good worker and very professional he fix my car and understand the problems well, my car now working like never before ! Since I bought the car i have many errors ...(Más ↓) and today i took the car is working like A Range Rover ! Really you need to have professionals working and high level so they can provide services that present the brand, really im so happy from my car now and so angry about driving the car and complaining for 2 years sending the car and take back with the same errors from the day one , many thanks for Julio . My car also went to the body shop the work is very good but about the the communications is sooooo bad , I received email from ******@cdesalamanca.com. I replied her and i asked her for a quotation for polish the car and she didn’t reply me back after 3 days i sent a follow up and nothing i called her the receptionist she said she will call me back and she never called back i went to the bodyshop and they told oooooh sorry your car sent back to service and i ask what about the polish the emails and phone call she was just near the agent attend me and she didn’t even say any good word , just a question for the other agent wat car is it ? And thats it she ignored, for me it was very important to do the polish at the same time and i send the car for that from the beginning and the order have That very clear i acnt keep sending the car and take back its so far from me and i have small kids on the school and my work ! I feel sooooo bad and uncomfortable with this type of disrespect not my expectations at all !! And i asked the other agent what should i do now he told he will send me the quotation and i must bring the car later like that the best option he can do even without saying and sorry word just it’s a fact and i have to accept the carless back there!!! And the funny thing I didn’t receive the quotation till now ! More than 2 weeks and anther disrespect and not acceptable at all . Thank you (Menos ↑)
