"Misinformation about when car was ready and no courtesy car"
Had my 2025 Range Rover Sport V8 on 1st service. 1. Could not get a courtesy car 2. Was told the car was ready. "Unable to get my car back. Poor communication"
I asked about the heated seats repair, for more details, but didn t get a response or explanation until I picked it up. I asked to get my car ASAP and have it while waiting the ...(Más ↓) 10-15 days for the camera part to come in. This was ignored. I asked multiple times to pick up the vehicle after the fuel filter was replaced a 1-2 hour job but was told that I could not get my truck. They were working on fixing it as soon as possible. Then when I finally get told I can get it, they say that they held it the whole time waiting for the camera, exactly the opposite of what I asked them. I can t trust the dealership to communicate effectively or to give my requests any consideration. They seem to just do whatever they want. Frustrating. (Menos ↑)

Let me start with the positive things : Miguel is always friendly and available when I am there physically. His advice of the problem and the solution was straightforward and ...(Más ↓) clear, with clear insights of costs and value. But then let me try to explain the situation , the car is now in your workshop for more than 2 months, it seems there was a long waiting time for some parts coming from the UK. Ok, I can understand. When I went back this month to come and get the car, I paid the invoice about *** euro and was waiting to get my car when Miguel went looking for it on the parking. In the end, he apologized and said that the car actually is not ready yet. We are again almost 2 weeks later now and it seems that again there are problems with some part malfunctioning and unclear when the car will be ready so you may understand my frustrations, already waiting for a very long time, paying an invoice of *** euro and not getting the car , again waiting for almost 2 weeks now and starting to get very anxious of whether this is going to be ok in the end. Miguel is a nice man and helpful but in this particular case, when things really do not go as planned , I believe that some more attention may go to communication. I always have to send messages first , never a pro active information and info is very limited also on the works, the actual problems and time needed to get it done today as I m writing this message I am worried about my car and the invoice already paid hopefully this unpleasant journey ends well soon. Then you may ask me to write another review about your dealership after the works are done but today I can not give you a positive one under the circumstances. En Trikomer só poden valorar os clientes reais que estiveron neste establecemento nos últimos 12 meses, ben sexa para recibir algún servizo ou compraron algún produto.
