"We trust BYD buy Mr. Kevin turned our experience to a nightmare.,"
We needed car as soon as possible , Mr.Kevin told us what to do ; we did all the preparation and wired money. He told he applied, after 7 days we called him he told papers missing ...(Más ↓) we made them ready again. It was not professional we lost 7 days. When car should be ready we start calling him and e-mailing him. He doesnt answer any e-mail or phone calls. We called on friday other salespeople told us he is in holiday and car is ready. We wabted ti go and get it but they told we have to wait Mr.Kevin he will be in on thuesday. We arrived BYD shop on thusday 11.30 Mr.Kevin told us to wait he will help us soon. And he told us car is not ready it will be ready tomorrow. If he spent 5 seconds and mail us back and told us to come on Wednesday we would wait and come the day later but he is telling me he is super busy. Yes after we bought our car and wired the money he was always supper busy. My question is ; If Mr. Kevin not there , what will Person who buy a car from BYD car company should do ? We wanted to talk the Manager Ivan Lubian and explain we were nit happy ; Mr. kevin probably talked with him he came and instead of listening us ; he start talking and telling us what he thinks. Our beautiful experience in BYD turned a nightmare. This place look like not a BYD car dealer ; it look like Mr. Kevin car delaer shop. Attantion needed. (Menos ↑)
