"After two years hopefully success"

I have written to many people in the organisation including having a meeting with them and only after Alex test drove the car last year he agreed there is something wrong. Jose ...(Más ↓) Maria took the car in to check at least twice last year. I have now been told the noise in the front brakes when applied is in all Discovery Sport models !!!. I have asked for a report explaining this. I am still waiting for this report. Fortunately something has been repaired and currently the noise is not there. It has taken two years and many frustrating visits to the dealership to have this corrected. Not good service (Menos ↑)

My experience, 13 June 2023 My jaguar F-pace year 2016 had motor crash near a drive of 4 km after yearly service mantanance 39.000 km service. Your opinion was motor broken , no ...(Más ↓) possible to repair the only solution was a new motor ,cost _ ***** euro. no warranty. Against investigation made by Causa Causa, Mister Navid, result rapport ,shows mistake is made in workshop they put double oil in motor. rapport of Causa Causa is in hands of MR. Antonio Roman he I have to communicate this rapport with my team next week you get answer I never heard something anymore from Mr. Antonio Roman. Last Febr 24 I order a new motor because I was sick of your lies story. After 4 weeks I got the answer from Antonio Moya that there was delivering time of the motor, how long they did not know !!!! After 14 months with hundred of mails telephone calls and visits to all the service people in C. Salamanca my car was ready. Every period I was in Spain I had to rent a car because C.Salamanca had no car to give for servicein this special case. My son had pick up the car last 5 Aug I arrive in Marbella the 31 of Aug till 4 Oct .If you wiich I can give you more information. (Menos ↑)

Por el trato humano, el personal es educado, respetuoso y amable pero con un gran falta de eficacia e ineficiencia en mi caso. He reclamado un informe de avería que tardaron 6 ...(Más ↓) meses en facilitármelo. Información contradictoria entre una persona y otra sobre el estado del coche. Por culpa del mal servicio recibido de este taller he decido vender mis dos Land Rover y no volver a acercarme a un concesionario Land Rover . (Menos ↑)

Hemos salido del taller el lunes 29, el 30 nos vuelve a marcar fallo en la suspensión que es el motivo de ir al taller, enviamos video y llamamos por teléfono y todavía no ...(Más ↓) hemos recibido respuesta. No lo veo lógico, no sólo por la garantía sino por la calidad que ofertan. (Menos ↑)

"Nada favorable ni en el trato y ni en el servicio "

Siempre me hacen esperar bastante rato, de pie, aún teniendo cita programada. Incluso, a la recogida del vehículo, atendieron a una persona que llegó después de mi, alegando ...(Más ↓) que él tenía cita.. Cuando había llamado para preguntar a qué hora podía recoger mi vehículo. Me cobran por reparar fallos que vienen de serie en este modelo, como los cierres de las puertas. Me han cobrado más de ** € por decirme que fallos son, entre ellos, fallos que no me diagnosticaron meses antes cuando lo llevé a revisión, como el filtro del combustible o fuga en la tapa de motor… Me siento estafada (Menos ↑)
