"Situación de acceso incomprensible antes del inicio de la cita"
Teníamos una cita a las 09:00 y llegamos desde Zahara de los Atunes. Estábamos en el lugar unos siete minutos antes de la hora acordada. En ese momento, la puerta ya estaba ...(Más ↓) parcialmente abierta, aparentemente para el personal. Un técnico quiso dejarnos entrar amablemente, pero el Sr. Muñoz le indicó que no nos permitiera el acceso, al parecer porque aún no eran las 09:00. El técnico nos dio a entender que no tenía margen de decisión en esa situación. Por ello, tuvimos que esperar hasta las 09:00 en punto con las luces de emergencia encendidas entre la carretera y la puerta, sobre la acera. Esta situación era innecesaria y, desde nuestro punto de vista, también algo insegura, ya que interferíamos con el tráfico. Habríamos podido esperar perfectamente dentro del recinto, en el aparcamiento, sin poner en riesgo a nadie. La actuación nos resultó incomprensible y dejó una impresión innecesariamente poco cordial. "Service for my car"
I brought my car for service in the morning at 9:00am and was promised to be able to pick up the car the same day between 3pm - 4pm. However, I waited in San Pedro so I could pick ...(Más ↓) up the car later. At about 1pm I received a message that the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday next week so I left San Pedro. That said at 4:36pm I receiver a message the car was ready but latest pic up was 4:30pm and the store closed at 5:00pm. I immediately called twice but noone answered. Again on Saturday I went to pick up up the car in the morning but it was only the sales office open. I have a family of two children so had to take taxi everywhere over the weekend. It only didn’t cost a lot of money but also caused a lot of inconvenience. Later on Monday when I picked up the car there was very little understanding. This is just unacceptable for a high end card brand line this. It was very disappointing. (Menos ↑)

"Good annual service bu poor follow up"
I had the car for annual service which was done normally. I asked to check a ticking sound behind the dashboard that came after I made a aircon drainage replacement at your shop ...(Más ↓) . "Bad and slow service no transkations in english no clear picture of th"
The diagnostic of my car was not clear at all. No cause was mentioned , it takes over 2 weeks for an unclear answer. I decided to pick up the car and bring to another workshop. A ...(Más ↓) range rover sport 8 cylinder diesel with just 99.000 km with the message you need to replace the engine costs ***** euro ex workmanship, is not a solution , it is a disaster. A motor of a premium brand with less then 100.000 km to repkace, come on, not normal. (Menos ↑)
