This ...(Más ↓) consistency reflects a strong and stable organization. I have always been treated with respect, and your staff are highly professional in their work. Their attitude and approach make a very good impression and create a positive customer experience. Thank you for maintaining such a dedicated and professional team.___ I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the level of customer service I have experienced. Firstly, the phone support is very poor. In approximately 80 of my calls, no one answers, and when I do get through, the service is often not polite or helpful. This is extremely frustrating. Additionally, I recently purchased a new car from your company, and a small issue a faulty flashlight has still not been resolved. I am still waiting for a replacement or solution. I am also disappointed by the lack of customer care gestures. Companies in your sector often provide small complimentary services to improve customer satisfaction. For example, offering a free car wash or similar small gestures would make a significant difference. Even improvements like better-quality coffee in the waiting area would enhance the overall experience. While I have noticed improvements in the exterior of your facilities, the customer experience does not reflect the same level of attention. Appointments are difficult to schedule, often requiring several days of waiting, even for minor issues such as connecting a machine to clear an error. Overall, my experience has been defined by high prices, long waiting times, and a lack of consistent service quality. "Siempre con algun fallo por algun lado..."

No se puede estar esperando unos neumáticos mes y medio, una semana los neumáticos en concesionario y cuando llevo el coche darse cuenta de que uno de los neumáticos nuevos es ...(Más ↓) del año 2023 . Inaceptable . (Menos ↑)

"Ana Belen was very nice and effective"

The car was delivered to my home after service. The battery charger was not connected so when I returned to Spain the battery was empty. When I started I drove 20 kilometers and ...(Más ↓) the warning light came on because the fuel pomp was broken. I had to wait three weeks before the car was ready because the extremely slow part delivery time! (Menos ↑)

To improve: Take the time for the client and let the client feel that you have time for him . As it’s now it’s nothing to do what Ferrari are standing for as one big family where you feel you welcome. You don’t do it in this Ferrari dealer, sorry but there is a lot to do.
