Todo muy bien pero dejo mi pregunta: Como es posible que en el año 2018, esa misma sucursal me colocarán un juego de neumáticos que no correspondían con los que debe llevar el ...(Más ↓) vehículo, " índice de velocidad inferior" y que esté año, el pasado día 23 en la ITV, fuera NEGATIVA, por esta incidencia, obligándome a un nuevo cambio de neumáticos. "Exceso de tiempo de espera"

Solicité cita para revisión, llegados unos días previos tuve que cancelar y cambiar la cita. Me tuvieron al teléfono más de 30 minutos ya que al parecer mi cita no aparecía. ...(Más ↓) Una vez personados en el taller la chica que recepciona a los clientes comenta que no estoy en la lista del día con lo que eso conlleva. Más de una hora y media sentado esperando para ser atendido, no se me ofrece ni la posibilidad de vehículo de sustitución durante la revisión. Sin duda una malísima experiencia (Menos ↑)
