Neumáticos delanteros y alineación: El pasado Viernes 26/03/2021 llevé el coche a su taller para cambiar los neumáticos delanteros y alinear la dirección. Con anterioridad a esta cita, pregunté si tenían el equipo homologado para realizar dicha alineación como condición imprescindible para realizar el trabajo, recibiendo respuesta afirmativa por su parte. Me hicieron un presupuesto que acepté en el que me facturaron hora y media por comprobar la alineación, entendiendo que someterían el coche al test correspondiente en su equipo homologado, asi como a la corrección necesaria de los parámetros correspondientes en su caso. Al recoger el vehículo, me indican que no le han visto falta de alineación, que han salido a probar el coche. En concreto, realizaron una prueba de 11km. No he recibido el informe técnico del equipo de alineación (ese que te entrega cualquier taller ...) y me parece excesivo facturar hora y media por hacer una prueba de 11km. Sinceramente, me siento engañado. Agradezco su interés en conocer mi opinión y espero una respuesta por su parte, ya que tenía previsto efectuar una reclamación después de semana santa. "Brillante y mas que perfecto"
Pues eso, que no soy de escribir comentarios. Pero este hombre Francisco Cantalejo me atendió, y desde el primer momento me dió un trato espectacular, no lo conozco de nada pero ...(More ↓) se acordó de la última vez que estuve hace cerca de 1 año. Se vuelca a tope en el trato al cliente, y se le nota que le gusta. En fin, a la gente se le tendría que reconocer por sus malos y buenos hechos, y este está muy volcado en realizar mas que perfectamente su trabajo. (Less ↑)
