"second time my car has been in the work shop in 2 months"
I dont have bad things to say about Miguel he was been good but the fact it took nearly a week from the car going in to be given an answer is not good enough, additionally I ve ...(Más ↓) had to chase for information repeatedly. In the last 2 months I will have been without my car for 4-5 weeks due to a water pump taking 2.5 weeks to fix then now a pipe bursting after having it back less than 2 weeks and being told it will take nearly 3 weeks to fix again. I have totally lost faith in Land Rover and am sick of having to book hire cars because the range rover cant be trusted and the fact no hire cars arent provided from the garage is a joke. the car has only 48k km on it and is 3 years old. I will never buy another product from landrover. (Menos ↑)

"Service for my car"
I brought my car for service in the morning at 9:00am and was promised to be able to pick up the car the same day between 3pm - 4pm. However, I waited in San Pedro so I could pick ...(Más ↓) up the car later. At about 1pm I received a message that the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday next week so I left San Pedro. That said at 4:36pm I receiver a message the car was ready but latest pic up was 4:30pm and the store closed at 5:00pm. I immediately called twice but noone answered. Again on Saturday I went to pick up up the car in the morning but it was only the sales office open. I have a family of two children so had to take taxi everywhere over the weekend. It only didn’t cost a lot of money but also caused a lot of inconvenience. Later on Monday when I picked up the car there was very little understanding. This is just unacceptable for a high end card brand line this. It was very disappointing. (Menos ↑)

The diagnostic of my car was not clear at all. No cause was mentioned , it takes over 2 weeks for an unclear answer. I decided to pick up the car and bring to another workshop. A ...(Más ↓) range rover sport 8 cylinder diesel with just 99.000 km with the message you need to replace the engine costs ***** euro ex workmanship, is not a solution , it is a disaster. A motor of a premium brand with less then 100.000 km to repkace, come on, not normal. (Menos ↑)

"Everything else than expected"
Car broke down and I sent it to Jaguar. I received a quote- expensive but what could I do? Jaguar repaired the car - and informed that they did not quote everything that was ...(Más ↓) broken, so the price went up by 50%. I did not want to pay that, and we were told to pick up the car or pay for car storage. On the way to Marbella to move it to another garage, I was informed that the car could not be collected as it was not put together. We did get a better price offer so Jaguar could fix the car… and we agreed they should take it to ITV as well. When we wanted to pick up the car after the agreed ITV, Jaguar had changed our appointment so ITV was more than a month later. I am really frustrated and disappointed with the service. This I had never imagined in my wildest fantasies. (Menos ↑)

"Profesionalidad nula"
Me faltan caracteres pero en la reclamación a Land Rover España lo pondré todo. 2 Meses el vehículo en el concesionario, llega al taller porque no arranca y me lo devuelven ...(Más ↓) exactamente igual, eso si cobrando ***€. Salgo del concesionario llego a mi casa y ya no vuelve a arrancar. Prefiero no escribir más porque estoy extremadamente molesto con el servicio. (Menos ↑)
