"Misinformation about when car was ready and no courtesy car"
Had my 2025 Range Rover Sport V8 on 1st service. 1. Could not get a courtesy car 2. Was told the car was ready. Organised to pick it up my wife took taxi and cancelled meetings ...(Más ↓) and was told it was misinformation by someone and the car will be ready the followings days. 3. Car was not cleaned Javier managed it in the best possible way but will need to make sure it doesn t happen again. (Menos ↑)

"Unable to get my car back. Poor communication"
I asked about the heated seats repair, for more details, but didn t get a response or explanation until I picked it up. I asked to get my car ASAP and have it while waiting the ...(Más ↓) 10-15 days for the camera part to come in. This was ignored. I asked multiple times to pick up the vehicle after the fuel filter was replaced a 1-2 hour job but was told that I could not get my truck. They were working on fixing it as soon as possible. Then when I finally get told I can get it, they say that they held it the whole time waiting for the camera, exactly the opposite of what I asked them. I can t trust the dealership to communicate effectively or to give my requests any consideration. They seem to just do whatever they want. Frustrating. (Menos ↑)

"Service for my car"
I brought my car for service in the morning at 9:00am and was promised to be able to pick up the car the same day between 3pm - 4pm. However, I waited in San Pedro so I could pick ...(Más ↓) up the car later. At about 1pm I received a message that the car wouldn’t be ready until Monday next week so I left San Pedro. That said at 4:36pm I receiver a message the car was ready but latest pic up was 4:30pm and the store closed at 5:00pm. I immediately called twice but noone answered. Again on Saturday I went to pick up up the car in the morning but it was only the sales office open. I have a family of two children so had to take taxi everywhere over the weekend. It only didn’t cost a lot of money but also caused a lot of inconvenience. Later on Monday when I picked up the car there was very little understanding. This is just unacceptable for a high end card brand line this. It was very disappointing. (Menos ↑)

Estimado Sr. Arce, Gracias por compartir su valoración. Lamentamos sinceramente que, en esta ocasión, su experiencia no haya cumplido con ...(Más ↓) sus expectativas habituales. Tal y como se le informó en todo momento, el retraso se debió exclusivamente a la gestión de los recambios. Al tratarse de un vehículo clásico, varias piezas se encontraban descatalogadas por el fabricante, lo que nos obligó a recurrir a proveedores externos. Este proceso se prolongó más de lo previsto y, una vez recibidos los componentes, fue necesaria una modificación técnica adicional, lo que supuso una nueva espera de varias semanas hasta su correcta adaptación. Durante todo el proceso, nuestro equipo —en concreto Javier— le mantuvo puntualmente informado, trasladándole de forma transparente cada avance, incluyendo el envío de determinadas piezas al fabricante para su ajuste. Agradecemos su comprensión y tomamos nota de su comentario para seguir mejorando, especialmente en la gestión de plazos cuando dependemos de recambios especiales.
