"Decepción en entrega de vehículo y técnicas de venta usadas"

Hola, no estamos muy contentos con algunas técnicas de venta empleadas para la compra del vehículo donde hubo una serie de informaciones que no eran correctas como tamaño de ...(More ↓) neumáticos entre otros y además se nos indicó que daban a prácticamente todo el mundo la ayuda del plan 360 y nos quedamos fuera de la lista por haberla realizado sobre las 13 del medio día y en el momento de la entrega nos encontramos con abolladura en el techo, algún rayón por la zona de conductor, maletero con material en mal estado y coche con suciedad exterior. Consideramos que para la compra de un vehículo como es el s800 se debe tener en cuenta ciertos detalles a la hora de la entrega que den profesionalidad a la marca, encima que está siendo una marca que se está dando a conocer actualmente. También el hecho de intentar negociar algún detalle para la compra y no recibir nada nos decepcionó bastante, teniendo en cuenta que en otros concesionarios han ofrecido varias revisiones gratuitas o seguro a todo riesgo el primer año etc. (Less ↑)

To improve: Desconocimiento en especificaciones a la hora de venta vehículo y entrega de coche con más de 4 desperfectos abolladura en el techo, rayón, maletero con material desperfecto y suciedad en el exterior del coche.
