"Profesionalidad y excelente atención"
El paso por el taller para la revisión rutinaria o la solución de un problema tiene tres momentos: recepción, trabajo de taller y retirada el vehículo. Es importantísima la ...(More ↓) primera puesto que es la imagen que de la empresa percibe el cliente; en mi caso la persona que me recibió me traslado profesionalidad y confianza en el taller, un taller que yo no voy a ver y por tanto es esta persona la que me está trasladando confianza y seguridad en la elección. Esta misma persona es la que gestiona mi retirada del vehículo y sigue trasmitiendo confianza en la revisión y en las pequeñas reparaciones que le encomendé. (Less ↑)
