"Lack of professionalism "
When I picked up the vehicle, all looked good (the bumper was repaired and resprayed along with part of the tailgate). However, when I arrived home I found that the rear number ...(Más ↓) plate was missing! On closer inspection, the plastic surround that held the numberplate in place, had been damaged allowing it to open up and allowing the number plate to fall off as I drove home. The damage to the locking machanism of the plastic surround must have been obvious when replaced. Also, just above the number plate there was a 60-70mm x 3mm gouge in the paintwork where the paint had been disturbed when wet. This is not what I would expect from a Jaguar professional! (Menos ↑)
