"Basic work ok. Not constant english spoken personel"

I have been at Skoda 6 times for order, do job, new appointment etc. This is for AFS system Still not solved ....(More ↓) (Less ↑)

To improve: Speak English. Listen to customer. Coming back on appointment.

"Excellent treatment in the workshop - terrible online"

Your website told me I would have to wait for an email to confirm my booked appointment. I did not get an email. I tried to email or telephone you to check that my appointment was ...(More ↓) valid but this was impossible. Your only telephone number delivers a complicated answering message which I could not understand. Terrible online presence! (Less ↑)
