"As above. No interest shown in a major breakdown."
The police, who helped us when we broke down, told us to get the car to you ASAP. However nobody in your garage showed any interest and told us we would have to wait 4 weeks for ...(Más ↓) any attention. To be without a car for 4 weeks was a major problem to us. WHAT USE IS THE 7 YEAR GUARANTEE. The only consolation to us was that the ladies in service reception, Sylvia and Nina were very empathetic and did all they could to help us. This is the second time we have had a major problem with a car that has only done 26000k, and as the service we received was appalling it would be difficult to consider another KIA. (Menos ↑)
To improve: When a major fault occurs I think it is appalling that I had to wait 4 weeks before you would even look at the car. Losing the use of the car for 4 weeks when it is under a 7 year guarantee is not acceptaleble

I visited the garage to make the booking in order to avoid any language misunderstandings. The receptionist understood my requirement and provided both a written confirmation as ...(Más ↓) well as a follow up email. Confirmation of the completed car service was made as soon as the vehicle returned from the workshop. The receptionist was very friendly and polite. (Menos ↑)
