"More detail on the service"

There should be more detail regrading the service for example I was informed that I needed 4 new tyers however no explanation was given why or how worn the tyres were. I was ...(More ↓) informed that there was an oil leak however no detail was given how bad this leak was or where it may be coming from. I was told that the front breaks and disk need replacing, again no detail as to how soon these needed replacing. I was told that a quote would be provided to resolve all the issues, however this has yet to be sent to me? You need a way of booking a services from the website. (Less ↑)

To improve: A means of Booking a service from the website and not having to call.

"Service and repairs - mixed blessings"

I agree that all the necessary filters and service parts were changed and the car seems to be running well. However, the brake fluid was changed despite the fact that you already ...(More ↓) changed it recently after fitting brake pads. I asked for the daytime lights to be examined and repaired. They are still not working. I asked for the GPS to be repaired. That is still not working. Finally, when I drove my car away after the service, I noticed that the engine management warning light is still on. So you will understand why my evaluation is somewhat less than perfect. (Less ↑)
