"Problem solving"
This is the first time I have been dissatisfied with the service in the 20 years I have been a client. I took my automatic Clio in on Wednesday because it kept stalling when the ...(Más ↓) stop start system was activated. They updated the software and checked the levels. Sadly the very next day the same problem occurred so I have now deactivated the stop start system to see if this is the issue. I will contact Juan and arrange to take the car back in after Christmas (Menos ↑)
To improve: Dissatisfied because they have not solved the problem.

If the Renault garage at Benissa supplied a courtesy car so customers do not have to sit around in a uncomfortable waiting area in the showroom I would have given 5 stars. 4 hours ...(Más ↓) is to much. (Menos ↑)
To improve: You need to provide a courtesy car sitting in a car showroom for 4 hours is ridiculous, we live in Javea and have no optionother than to wait at the garage.
