"Experiencia negativa"

La meua experiència amb el taller Ginestar Renault de Benissa ha sigut molt negativa. Vaig deixar el meu vehicle al taller al mes de setembre i no m’ha sigut entregat fins a ...(Más ↓) març, acumulant més de sis mesos d’espera, un termini totalment desproporcionat. Considere que, una vegada el client deixa el vehicle al taller, és responsabilitat d’aquest gestionar qualsevol incidència amb la pròpia marca Renault, sense traslladar eixa càrrega al client. En el meu cas, he hagut de perdre temps i diners fent gestions que no em corresponien, la qual cosa ha generat una gran insatisfacció amb el servei rebut. Per tot això, espere que per la seua part s’oferisca alguna solució o compensació adequada a la situació, i no un mer descompte per a una pròxima visita. En resum, el tracte i la gestió han estat molt per davall del que considere acceptable. POSDATA: Com es posible que repleguem el cotxe i ara resulte que marque que se li ha de fer la revisió .si acabe d exir de taller? no se ha revisat o previst això? QUEDE A L ESPERA de noticies seues. (Menos ↑)

To improve: Per part del grupo ginestar o gerència haurien de cuida millor als seus clinents. Els clients tenen la confianza amb vostés i el client no te perque estar reclamant a la marca madrid ja que soy vostedes. Sobre tot el temps d espera estem molt decepcionats.
