No tengo coche sustitución : Mi coche esta imutilizado en el taller y no tengo coche sustitución. Avería el 24 diciembre y aun esperando respuesta del perito de la garantía.

"De profesional, se esfuerza mucho y muy motivado en su trabajo"
Nada más llegar al concesionario Mercedes dejo mi vehículo a Antonio y me hace pasar dentro y tomar asiento y enseguida coge el iPad para sacar fotos del coche por fuera, luego ...(More ↓) se mete dentro del vehículo toma nota y ya cuando termina vuelve a su mesa y me comenta que el coche tardará unas tres horas. Yo le comenté que era un día muy especial puesto que era mi cumpleaños, entonces Antonio incluso se fue para adentro, y preguntar a los mecánicos cuanto le llevaría y si pudiera esta un poco antes. Fue super atento y amable le doy un 10. (Less ↑)
