We would like the opportunity of renting a courtesy car while the repairs were being done. We should have asked for one when we booked the car in....(Mais ↓) (Menos ↑)

"Disappointing Service"

Very difficult to get a new fuse fitted as a recall I have been waiting since May. Also an opponent was made to fix a problem with the electric drivers window. When zibarrived ...(Mais ↓) Ibeas told Ibwoukd need to leave the car overnight. And diagnostic only would cost approx *** e . It was not possible to leave the car overnight so zi took it to a local garage they fixed it within 1 hour while I waited it cost ** e. Makes me think I will get them to do my servicing in the future. Not very good service from Kia. Service department has given poor service over my last few visits. They seem to be understaffed. Always in a rush with no time to listen and explain. Not putting the customer first. (Menos ↑)
