"Disappointing free first service cost us money and time"

After 12 happy years withMarcos and 3 new cars we took our car for its first free service very simple. Then the workshop couldnt start the car?! It was perfect when we took it! ...(Más ↓) The car now needs a new part but .the part has to take nearly 2 weeks and come from Belgium! We realise these things happen but no replacement vehicle is available, even after almost2 weeks. This is very disappointing. We had to pay for a hire car. Sylvie and her team are excellent and it is not their fault but Marcos .you need replacementvehicles when the error is committed by your workshop! (Menos ↑)
