"No interest in providing a decent service"
I received zero vehicle advice when I went to buy a motorhome. I was simply told to look at them myself. I asked for the full specification of a van, only to be told the ...(Más ↓) information is on the website - of course this is not true. The information is the barest minimum for each van, so even this is too much trouble for Karavan… After spending over ***** the after sales service is non existent and it seems this company simply do not care. The work to fit a reversing camera was poor and the screen came loose after a few days with lots of black glue to try and hold the unit in place. If they have no pride in the work then they should not offer to fit additional items. The windscreen Remis blinds do not close so I need to use an elastic band! I had a bike rack fitted, but given the poor quality of the other work, I will not risk using this until I have the van fully checked over by a professional company. The water reservoir for washing the windscreen was almost empty when I picked up the van, so when I tried to wash some insects off the windscreen all I got was a white wall of soap foam which made it impossible to see! Such a simple thing that should have been checked, but this is a further example of their lack of attention to detail. When I contacted them about this, they did not even bother to apologise or make any explanation. I contacted the company to fix these items, but they are very slow to respond and often simply ignore messages. At this stage I plan to have the motorhome fully inspected by another company to identify and fix any further issues with this vehicle, at my own personal expense. (Menos ↑)

"Experiencia nefasta"
Hay que llamar mil veces para que te hagan caso, se le dice que la batería de la caravana está mala y no la miran, se confunden y miran la del mover, poca profesionalidad a la ...(Más ↓) hora de atender y he tenido que llevarme la caravana con la batería otra vez mala, la tendré que cambiar yo, porque cada vez que tengo que llevar la caravana me cuesta el dinero porque la tengo a 60 km. aparcada, así que cuando la tengan tendré que ir a por ella y colocarla yo. Desde un principio han sido problemas, malas calidades en algunas partes de la caravana. Última compra que hago aquí y no se la recomiendo ni a mis enemigos, un saludo (Menos ↑)
Hobetzeko: La atención deja mucho que desear bueno la verdad que Carlos, si es un poco mas competente , compre una caravana allí y desde entonces solo han sido problemas y fallos, arrepentida totalmente de haberla comprado alli
