"Inmejorable trato personal y profesional."
Estando parado, al ir a sacar el coche del aparcamiento, tuve un problema que fui incapaz de identificar. En la fecha que me asignaron (dadas las fechas no se alargó en el ...(More ↓) tiempo) salí de casa con tiempo por si pudiera tener que parar o algo, y despacio. Hice el recorrido sin incidencias, y llegué con bastante antelación a la hora que me habían asignado. No me dejaron en la calle. Pude meter el coche y me ofrecieron esperar a que me pudieran atender en una sala con climatización. Cuando me correspondió, le expliqué con mis palabras a la persona que me atendió el "problema". En vez de apuntar y listo, llamó a alguien del taller, a quien volví a referir lo mismo, y este técnico indicó qué se debería poner en el papel para buscar el origen del "problema". En principio iba por el problema, pero como en Junio tuvieron la amabilidad de alertarme de que sería conveniente pasar la revisión anual, y yo pensaba pasarla en Octubre o Noviembre para ir tranquilo a la ITV, pues ya que estaba allí....me aceptaron sin problemas pasar además la revisión. De las cosas que correspondían en la revisión una me aconsejaron con buenos razonamientos no hacerla, y otra que no entraba aceptaron mi criterio y la hicieron. El plazo de espera era de unos pocos dias, y sin embargo no llegó a 36 horas. Me recordaron las soluciones de movilidad para volver al centro de Zaragoza. El coche, que no había movido desde el percance, iba sucio. No me atreví a llevarlo a un túnel de lavado antes de acudir al taller por si se me quedaba allí. Y le dieron un buen manguerazo antes de entregármelo. Y el coste económico lo considero ajustado, bueno,...., que está bien. Muchísimas gracias por la atención recibida.
