"Not the level of official Mercedes service"

I had two of my cars serviced there and will definitely not be going back to them. The only thing they can do for sure is change the oil and filters I hope . Any additional ...(Más ↓) requests cause problems. (Menos ↑)

To improve: Perform all paid work, rather than stating that you have completed it, but we have not succeeded. Be interested not only in basic services ??replacing the battery, windshield wiper blades, etc. ??but also in additional features ??software updates, installation of additional equipment, etc.

"Nefasto, no lo volveria a llevar aunque fuera el único taller mercedes"

La segunda vez que llevo el coche, por que la primera no arreglaron lo que les indiqué. Me dieron un presupuesto por teléfono de **** euros y acabé pagando **** euros y nadie ...(Más ↓) sabe decir de donde salen esos *** euros de más. Me dan el coche, a los 15 minutos se desprende el intermitemte del retrovisor que habian arreglado. Vuelvo al taller, lo colocan y otra vez lo mismo, se vuelve a caer a los 10 minutos. En tres ocasiones lo colocaron y se cayó. Y yo me pregunto, esta es la seriedad Mercedes. Una verdadera verguenza. Atención al cliente inexisitente, jefe de taller, desaparecido, ninguna explicación por parte de nadie. Lo dicho, nunca más. Estoy seguro que cualquier taller de barrio da mejor servicio que Valdimotor Automoción S.L. (Menos ↑)
