"Awful service and no communication"
After taking the car on the appointed date, 16thFebruary I was not contacted again. I visited the workshop twice and was told a number of conflicting reasons why the car wasn't ...(Más ↓) ready.The only apparent reason was the car was still parked in the rear compound 15 days. I have photographic evidence of this. Which means that the car was actually worked on for 1 day, for which I recieved a hefty bill of ***e. At no time was I offered a courtesy vehicle, I was given no valid reasons for the delay and I had to repeatedly visit the workshop for a progress report not there was any. Communication and customer service severely lacking. After collecting the car I recieved two telephone calls and an email asking me to collect the vehicle which I had done the day before. I have no confidence in the customer service and communication and would not recommend nor consider buying a new car from this company. (Menos ↑)
