La asesora de servicio hace buen trabajo pero considero que no tiene herramientas suficientes para que el cliente quede satisfecho, tuve mi vehículo 5 días y volví a casa con ...(More ↓) el mismo problema y una batería nueva, pedí me tasaran el vehículo y el vendedor se comprometió a verlo y jamas me llamó, tengo el vehículo en garantía y no he tenido la ayuda de un coche de cortesía, en ocasiones he tenido que ir a trabajar en taxi y mis hijas al instituto, siento decir que no he tenido una buena experiencia y agradecida por qué la asesora me ha hecho un hueco por qué nunca se reparó y fue a peor, el coche ya apenas me deja arrancarlo, no abre puertas y testigo airbag en ocasiones se enciende. Me tiene bastante preocupada ya que es mi único medio de transporte. (Less ↑)
