"Poor service, despite losing my EV for 2 days for a disgnostic check,"
I advised your staff who were very courteous abd helpful in the dealer, that I felt my issue was with the L2 charging cable abd to make sure it was checked as part of the check, ...(Más ↓) it was not. I left the dealer and the car would still not charge on the L2 charging cable. I had to get a friend to lend me a cable which worked perfectly to prove this was the issue. I tried calling the dealer again to get my cable replaced the car is still under warrsnty and 3 times the phone was put down on me when I asked if anyone spoke English!!. Finally a very helpful girl tried to help me and promised a call back but I am still waiting!!. I now face a 2000 mile trip home to Scotland next week with no L2 charging cable and am very disappointed with the service provided to me. (Menos ↑)
