To improve: I have had 3 new cars from you in the last 9 yrs. My latest car is a Sportage HEV. I have had a problem with the windscreen which has been reported and a video of the problem sent to your warranty manager & they still refused to sort it saying it was not there problem & said it was up to kia head office to sort it. Jaun Carlos is the sales rep I bought the car from & has tried to get it sorted for me but the warranty manager was so nasty to me when I brought the car in for him to see. I hope you might be able to get this problem look at.

1. Se negaron a aceptar el coche en garantía urgentemente para su reparación, aunque en la pantalla del automóvil decía: Vaya inmediatamente al centro de servicio . 2. La ...(Más ↓) primera vez no notamos el problema en la caja de cambios y tuve que volver. 3. Al principio no me dieron un auto de sustitucion y pagué 3 días *** eur de alquiler a otra organización. 4. 3 días después de mis demandas, me dieron un auto de reemplazo de una clase inferior. 5. Al mes me regalaron un auto más grande. 6. 6. El auto estaba sucio y cubierto de pelo de perro. 7. No respondieron a mis solicitudes y preguntas sobre la situación de mi auto. 8. No me proporcionaron todos los documentos necesarios al devolver mi coche. (Menos ↑)
To improve: Realice sus funciones con mayor precisión, esté más atento al cliente.
