"Price is going mad"

The price of the services are sky rocketing!! They try and make you have all the filters changed when the car had a extensive service last year and 3 years old!! The price of the ...(Más ↓) service is ridiculous!! They charge you for screen wash which did not need filling as I filled the screen wash myself 2 days ago!! Ripping people off in a cost of living crisis (Menos ↑)

To improve: Don’t tell the client that you will be having a small service and then announce they are having a full service

"Quick and professional tyre change "

Very polite, some work carried out well, but have to return for the warranty work to be done as no courtesy car available as I thought was arranged, I don't answer unknown phone ...(Más ↓) numbers so calls from the dealer could use the key word KIA which I would answer (Menos ↑)

Buen trabajo del taller, aunque esperaba una mejor atención en la recepción y la recogida del vehículo por parte de la empresa. He echado en falta una sala de espera, un café, ...(Más ↓) un turno de clientes controlado, y una mayor atención en los puntos que he solicitado una especial atención estando en garantía el vehículo. Horario de mañana: De 9:00 horas a 14:00 horas.

Horario de tarde: De 16:00 horas a 19:00 horas.
