I m usually very satisfied with KIA. This time I m disappointed: I came for the 5-year service, and I told the person who greeted me that the air conditioning wasn t working. It s ...(Más ↓) very hot at the moment and I have family coming from Scandinavia with children, so I can t drive without air conditioning. The person told me that this repair wasn t planned and that there was nothing they could do. I insisted, tried to see if there was a solution, even asked for a replacement vehicle, but nothing worked, the person didn t offer me any solutions and didn t seem to try to understand my problem. I left with a car serviced but without air conditioning. Very frustrating. (Menos ↑)
