I have a bit of a problem with being charged for a “courtesy” car and being charged for 2 days when I had the car for 1 day and 4 hours. Firstly, as the issue was a problem ...(Más ↓) that was covered by the warranty, I feel I should not be charged at all for the “courtesy” car. Secondly, there should be an allowance for only a short time into the subsequent day and maybe a half day charged for. I was very happy with the service I received from the personnel in the garage both on Monday when I dropped the card off and Tuesday when I collected it. (Menos ↑)
