"Buen servicio pero local inadecuado "
No he tenido problema con el servicio, me entregaron el coche en la hora estipulada. Precio razonable. Lo que no me gusta del taller es que no tenga una zona para aparcar el coche ...(More ↓) tanto al dejarlo como en el momento de recogerlo, hay que dejarlo en el pasillo de entrada/salida con la dificultad de encontrar un hueco allí y del riesgo de que lo rocen otros coches al salir o intentar aparcar (Less ↑)

"Estado de las instalaciones"
Las instalaciones del concesionario Mercedes en Cádiz desmerecen absolutamente a la marca Mercedes. Los empleados igual están atendiendo en el concesionario Opel como después ...(More ↓) se pasan a atender la Mercedes. Hay falta de sitio para aparcar cómodamente para hacer cualquier gestión, y el detalle de entregarte el coche lavado después de una reparación o revisión se acabó ya hace tiempo. En cuanto a vehículos de cortesía, nunca jamás hay uno disponible. Creo que en realidad ni siquiera lo tenéis para facilitarlo a los clientes. La atención del personal correcta. (Less ↑)
