"La atención al cliente fue sobresaliente, me sentí bien informado durante todo el proceso de reparación."
Fue la primera vez que acudí al servicio de Arrojo por un mantenimiento. El asesor de servicio, creo que fue José Carlos Freire, impecable tanto en la recepción como en la ...(More ↓) entrega, siendo muy amable y claro con las operaciones realizadas en el mantenimiento del vehículo. Lo único que no entendí muy bien es como teniendo la cita reservada con dos semanas de antelación para un viernes dejé el coche el jueves a última hora por un cambio de aceite, filtro, filtro de habitáculo, bujías y líquido de frenos, se tiene que quedar el fin de semana en el taller para entregarlo el lunes a primera hora. Después, el precio me pareció un tanto excesivo aunque ya estaba al corriente del presupuesto. Entiendo que es un servicio oficial, recambio original y va un poco más alto que un taller multimarca (Less ↑)
