"Extremely poor service"
TOYOTA – What a complete disappointment. We booked our car in weeks ago for its annual service required for warranty at 12:00 today. We arrived early and dropped the car off ...(Más ↓) at 11:50. We were told by Mercedes Fernandez, the service would take 3 hours due to filters and standard maintenance. While that seemed excessive, we accepted it. As we live in Ciudad Quesada and not Torrevieja, going home wasn’t an option, so we spent the time walking around town. We returned at 14:50 expecting the car to be ready, especially as it was already parked outside. However, to our shock, we were told by David Meseguer that the car had not been serviced at all and was still waiting. We were then told we would need to wait another 3 hours. This is completely unacceptable. When we challenged this, we were suddenly told the service would only take 30 minutes. So which is it — 3 hours or 30 minutes? This raises serious concerns: Why was our scheduled appointment not honored? Why was the service time drastically reduced only after we complained? Why were we given misleading information from the start? This experience has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. We arranged our day around this appointment, only to be let down entirely. This level of service is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on your company. (Menos ↑)
