"On this particular occasion I was treated well."

Unfortunately running 3 brands in 1 workshop, the staff always seem to be working under pressure and have little time to give the customer service deserved. The Peugeot 308 PHEV ...(Más ↓) in question has not filled the reliability levels experienced with all my past cars by a long way. "Car accident half september 2025"

I had a car accident half september. After that the expert came, Marcos told me they would call me in 1 or 2 weeks. Because I hadn’t heared anything of them, I went over to ...(Más ↓) them. They said I didn’t made an appointment, so I had to wait for another 1 1 2 month. But even then they had no spare car. Till now, my car isn’t fixed. They promised me it would be fixed on monday 22 of december. I really hope so… (Menos ↑)

To improve: They must keep themselves at the appointments they made.

"Bad service experiance"

Every time I take my car into this garage their is a problem, not with the work but with where to park my car, garage car park always full, Then such a long wait to be seen at the ...(Más ↓) service desk last time waited over 1hr. No where to sit and wait, Service Ladies have to go out to cars to put protective coverings on seats and floors which holds up the always long line of customers waiting to book their cars in. This is not good and why I don t have my car serviced there only take it for recalls. Not enough service staff for the amount of work you have. (Menos ↑)

To improve: Car parking, waiting area with seats, More service staff
