Having asked for an automatic courtesy car due to a back injury I was given a manual car with no fuel in it! I returned to the garage after 2 1 2 hrs. To find my service had not ...(More ↓) even been started. When I complained I was told it doesn t matter, you have a courtesy car. On explaining the above they reluctantly said it would be done in 40 minutes for a full service? I took over an hour. (Less ↑)
