"Paying for a Software Update"
My car was in the garage last week. I had to pay ***,**€ for a software update this is not correct because the car should always have the latest firmware to be able to drive it ...(Más ↓) and if not then the garage should recall the cars to update them. It’s a car not an iPhone and should always work with the software it has not to ask a client to pay for this it’s not correct if so when you I buy a car from Nissen I should be told you need to pay in the future for software update to be able to drive the car??? How can you justify the payment to update a software if I did not break anything and it’s a malfunction of the cars computer system. The customer service is very good and this is the 2 nd new car I buy from Nissen and Iam looking to buy another car possibly. I look forward to hearing from you Rgs Ross Skinner (Menos ↑)
