"Very poor experience."

Having asked for an automatic courtesy car due to a back injury I was given a manual car with no fuel in it! I returned to the garage after 2 1 2 hrs. To find my service had not ...(Más ↓) even been started. When I complained I was told it doesn t matter, you have a courtesy car. On explaining the above they reluctantly said it would be done in 40 minutes for a full service? I took over an hour. (Menos ↑)

To improve: Listen to the customer etc

"Returned 3hrs service not started,not informed of delay."

Service eventually done in 1hour normally 3hr Wonder what WAS NOT DONE in 1hour?Still going to charge me ***e for 1hr work! Used you for 11years,but never again,lost all TRUST ...(Más ↓) in you (Menos ↑)

"Recepción del coche con tres horas de retraso."

Tenía cita el 27 de noviembre, a las 9 de la mañana. Llegué a las 8:50, tuve que hacer cola y me recogían el coche a las 9:40, en ese momento me indican que el coche no ...(Más ↓) empezará la revisión hasta pasadas unas 3 horas. Les digo que no lo entiendo, que para que dan las citas y me contesta que va por orden de llegada. La recepción era un caos, con gente esperando. Tuve que cambiar la cita. Es la segunda vez que me ocurre esto. Servicio nefasto. (Menos ↑)

"Very bad service of the office people."

To improve: They are not friendly , very slow worker and we have to wait 2 weeks to pickup are car, we need are car for working, I am autonomo. They even forgot to change the window whippers

"Very Expensive quote for work required "

I took my car there to have a problem with my car repaired they gave me a very expensive quote which I could not afford and had to collect my car without having it tepaired but I ...(Más ↓) still got a bill for €*** I thought this was very unfair. I was think of buying a new Xtrail next year but after this I won’t be buying another Nissan I also I have had nothing but trouble with this car (Menos ↑)

To improve: Charged me €*** for doing nothing and not helpful
