Debería mejorar mucho la atención telefónica, no puede ser que las 3 veces q llamé a la extensión tenga que esperar entre 10 a 20 min para que alguien conteste. Otras marcas ...(Más ↓) por citar Honda utilizan un sistema de WhatsApp de taller para solicitar y confirmar cita o contestar al cliente su pregunta. Otra mejora en la recepción y depósito del vehículo es realizar una inspección visual junto con el cliente que el coche no presenta "golpes rayas, etc" para evitar posibles conflictos (Menos ↑)
