I have visited this place twice, and unfortunately, on both occasions I experienced poor service and a lack of respect for my time. During my most recent visit, I had a confirmed ...(Más ↓) appointment at 9:30 AM for a software upload. I took time off work based on the information provided and was told by David that the process would take around two hours. I arrived on time at 9:30, my details were taken, and my car was parked to the side. However, no work began until after 11:00 AM. The actual software upload took approximately 30 minutes. I do not understand why I was given a 9:30 appointment if the work was not scheduled to start until much later. As a result, I wasted around 1.5 hours simply waiting, with no explanation. The same issue occurred during my first visit as well. I value punctuality and clear communication, and I expect my time to be respected, just as I respect the time of others. Based on these experiences, I am very disappointed with the service and how appointments are managed. (Menos ↑)
