Very polite, high knowledge, service minded and friendly staff at the front desk. When asked for an appointment, she looked in the computer and told me what have been done before, ...(Mehr ↓) what should be done now and why. She also gave me a quote approximate cost together with a discount for being loyal to the company. When checking in the car, it was a bit difficult due to lack of parking, in and around the garage. When picking up the car, I was informed what have been done and why, and also what should soon be done, according to nearly worn out brake pads. I also got a quote for this, and asked to not wait to long, before contact them again to order the parts and have an appointment.
